Send your resume

The first step of our collaboration is actually on your side. If you apply for the position we’re currently seeking a candidate for, you may become a part of our team!

Checking your resume

When we get your resume, it is thoroughly checked. We want to see if you have the skills needed to support our team in achieving the jointly chosen goal.

First contact

If we’re interested in your candidature, we’ll call you to get to know you better. It allows us to clarify all of the information included in the job offer. Now you have the opportunity to ask questions and see if the offer is right for you.

First online meeting

Our first meeting. We discuss our plans and expectations in detail. We get to know you better, your history, interests and what you can bring to our company. You’ll learn about our team, our working environment and what we as a company can offer you.You’ll also get a task to do with a deadline to follow.

Second online meeting

Before the last step of our recruitment process, you’ll meet with a more technical person to discuss your previous task. Now you can have a conversation to talk in detail about the projects and technologies we use in Elite Crew.

Singing the contract

After getting through all the steps of our recruitment process, the last step is signing the contract and starting the collaboration.
