🧳 The scope of your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy
- Optimizing marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, social media and others.
- Creating content marketing (Articles, Tutorials, Video, Podcasts, Blog, Posts, Newsletter.).
- Analyzing marketing data and monitoring results of activities to continuously improve strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to better understand customer needs and market challenges.
- Work with the sales team and other company departments to effectively promote services.
🎯 What do we require from you?
- Experience working as a Marketing Specialist or similar position
- Graduate in marketing, management or similar.
- English at least at B2 level
- Experience in building consistent marketing communications and developing brand image in a business environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - from SEO, to PPC, to social media marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in generating new ideas and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions.
- Very good knowledge of the social media area and its technical support.
- Focus on quality, detail and high content of published content.
- Experience in finding out-of-the-box solutions and activities to promote services in a business environment.
- Ability to lead a team and motivate to achieve goals.
