Who are we looking for?

Software Salesperson who will be selling Elite Crew software services to new or existing clients. You need to have powerful communications skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers to proceed with signing off the sale.

we guarantee success fees. You can take our offer as a project. We are sure that we will agree on the fee. It’s a win-win offer for both sides.

Tasks:

  • generating new target prospects through outbound activities – market research, business analysis, networking, and referrals,
  • approaching client executives with a consulting business mindset to encourage them to start working with us
  • leading the full sales cycle – identifying needs and demand creation through discovery and expert calls, preparing proposals, leading negotiations and successful closure of outbound deals to bring on new clients to Elite Crew
  • establishing build and nurture your prospects by creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships,
  • adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances to close the deal,

Expectation:

  • At least 1-5 years of IT sales experience, ideally with some experience in Software House,
  • Outstanding communication and negotiations skills,
  • English at an advanced level (at least B2), other languages will be an asset
  • A proactive approach can-do attitude, growth mindset, problem-solving skills
  • Independence in your tasks and decisions
